UUMA Mentor Database
To read individual listings, hover your cursor over the numbered box with the person’s name. There you will find two arrows. Click on the arrows and a pop out box will open which will allow you to view the details of that person’s entry. Alternatively, if you scroll across on each line you will be able to view each entry that person included in the database.
If you are using this database on a computer, you also have the option to Filter, Group, or Sort. Filter allows you to refine your search based on any parameter you choose, i.e. everyone who is LGBTQ+. Group allows you to organize the database by groups, for example, by Fellowship Status. Sort allows you to sort by any field in the database.
Once you have identified a person or two you’d like to ask to be your mentor, reach out to them via email to inquire whether they are still available and open to speaking with you about a possible mentoring relationship. If you feel you want to have a conversation with someone about possible mentors or help thinking through your mentoring priorities, please feel free to reach out to our Director of Ministries and Programs. (Please note we will make the mentoring matches between aspirants/candidates and Vocational Advisors for participants in the Ministerial Formation Network unless an aspirant/candidate informs us they want to search themselves.)
If you wish to be added to the database, please fill out the form here. If you are a mentor and need to update your listing, please do not fill out a new form. If you wish to be removed from this database or need to update your information, contact our Program Administrator to make the changes in your record.
Note: the UUMA also has a peer clergy coaching program for people who want to learn new skills and/or for people who want focused support in their efforts to work toward particular goals. Click here to learn more about our coaching program.
