Become a Dedicated Good Offices Person

UUMA Dedicated Good Offices people are colleagues who hold one or more marginalized identities who are available to colleagues who would like to have a Good Offices person who shares some aspect of their identity. We know racism and oppression are often factors in conflicts or challenges a minister may experience in their setting. Dedicated Good Offices people are especially well equipped to understand and help name how racism and oppression are influencing the dynamic. They are also able to help hold questions and offer feedback about centering our values of love and justice and equity in Good Offices work.
