I’m a long-time UUMA member who has moved to a new address over the summer. When I tried to update my profile, I ran into difficulties. My formal name is Elizabeth Ketcham, but my nickname (which is how I am commonly known in the UUMA world) is Kit Ketcham. I thought my user name was kitketcham, so I used that to log in, but found that I apparently needed to change my password. In that reset process, I requested a strong password, which I then used to log-in. But NO, it didn’t work and I’m not sure why. Can you help?
