Current Trends in Parish Ministry: Collegial Conversation

This has been an extraordinarily difficult and fast changing time in parish ministry. Trends that were once reliable are rapidly changing. This conversation will offer a snapshot of current trends from multiple vantage points. We are inviting leaders working with formation and credentialing, settlement and transitions, finances, family ministry, and congregational accountability to offer brief reflections on the trends they are noting in their sphere. Please take 30 minutes to watch the video with their presentations in advance of our meeting. During the meeting we will share some preliminary results from the FACT survey and you will have time offer reflections on the trends you are noting from your vantage points followed by Q&A.
