Reopening the search for Director of Programs and Ministries
We are pleased to inform you that we are reopening the search for the next UUMA Director of Programs and Ministries. Our decision is based on feedback from both applicants and others who chose not to apply. The UUMA Board met during the recent Institute and unanimously agreed to increase the salary range to $87,000 to $100,000.
The reopened application period. During this time, we will begin interviewing individuals who have already applied while continuing to accept new applications. The reopened application period will close at 5 PM Eastern on February 18, 2026.
