Something for the Journey

As this election of great consequence in the UnitedUUMA staff from left to right: Janette Lallier, Jan Taddeo, Hannah Franco-Isaacs, Melissa Carvill Ziemer, Julica Hermann de la Fuente, Michelle Favreault States of America approaches with potential impacts far beyond the USA, we know that many of you have been pouring yourselves out with preaching and teaching, organizing and supporting, leading and following toward a liberatory world grounded in love. Thank you for your ministry in these challenging times when threats to democracy are just one of many crises demanding our attention and faithful response. We can’t tell you enough how much we admire and appreciate your faithful efforts. Thank you.

We know that many of you are preparing to offer spaces for the people in your ministry settings to process and reflect upon whatever unfolds in this election. To help you prepare for that important work, we are offering a range of spaces for you to gather and be held in the company of colleagues. Come to create, come to be lifted up or come to connect. We have three different spaces, all created just for you. We hope you can join us. But if you can’t and you’ll be leading a vigil or post election ritual yourself in the coming days, take a look at the resources generously shared with us by our UUMA President Leslie Takahashi and musician Jo Galinas.

With so much gratitude for you this clergy appreciation month and every day,
Your UUMA Staff
