We Look Forward to Seeing You Soon!
We are busy getting our virtual space ready for you and can’t wait for you to see it. We hope to send out virtual access tomorrow, Sunday, by the end of the day. There have been a few minor changes to the schedule. You can review the full schedule here and we have included it below. Virtual access information will be sent tomorrow.
We hope that during Ministry Days you will be able to nourish your spirit and your body. There are many other ways to care for yourself during Ministry Days.

We have an onsite emergency preparedness plan. Please know that unexpected events happen and we will do our best to inform virtual participants of emergency situations on site as soon as possible.

We are pleased to once again have wonderful colleagues forming our Care and Covenant Teams who will be available to you throughout MD. You can learn all about what our Care and Covenant Teams offer, how to reach them and who is on them here. As part of our commitment to accessibility we also have an amazing tech team of colleagues ready to help you as well as professionals from our production company VideoWest staffing a Virtual Access Help Desk. You can learn more about contacting the Care, Covenant, Tech Teams and our Virtual Access Help Desk here and through our virtual access portal.
Social Time at Ministry Days
Meet Up: We hope that colleagues will utilize MeetUp to organize their own collegial connection time outside of programmed Ministry Days times. These virtual meetups could be on Zoom or maybe with an in person cluster? Feel free to join our MeetUp space and get organizing!
Online Breakouts: At the end of each day we invite you to join in collegial connection through spiritual practices or breakout conversations (if you have an idea of a conversation you’d like to lead during this time, please email Allison King). On Monday evening there will be a UUMA Recovery Meeting. Also during this collegial connection time at the end of each day, hosted caucus spaces will be open for BIPOC, Disabled and Trans/Non-Binary/GenderQueer members. More details about this time can be found here.
Community Care Times: Part of how we nurture resilience for ourselves and for each other is by centering care. If you have something on your mind and heart that you’d like to discuss 1:1 or with a small group of colleagues, you are invited to join our Drop In Community Care Time offered at the end of the day on Tuesday and Wednesday for those attending virtually (at the same time as the spiritual practices, participant generated breakouts and caucus space gatherings).
There will be two Care Team members available at each session. One Care Team member will host a small group conversation and the other Care Team member will be available for 1:1 conversation as requested. If you desire a 1:1 conversation and that time doesn’t work for you or the person available for 1:1 conversation is busy with someone else, please call the Care Team.
Partners and Spouses
The UUMA is happy to welcome members' partners and spouses to Ministry Days each year. You may register at the same time as your partner or independently (although the system will ask you to log in, you may continue without doing so). Partners are welcome to fully participate in the keynote, worship services, and social time. Partners and Spouses interested in hosting a social event are encouraged to join and use the UUMA Meet-up page. Click here for directions to learn more about how to connect with UUMPS (UU Ministers' Partners and Spouses).
