There are only 168 hours in a week. I often have to remind myself of that. It seems like a lot of time. I feel like I should be able to do so much with 168 hours and yet it always feels like there’s just not enough time to do all the things.

At times like this it is so easy to feel overwhelmed and inadequate. And, still, we know that you are out there finding a way to listen carefully, accompany faithfully, invite people into sacred space, work for justice and speak up for the values we share. Please, do what you must to tend your own spirit. Reach out for support if you need. Pace yourself and be assured that your ministry makes a difference.

One of the beautiful things about the UUMA is that we make it together. We take turns giving and receiving, volunteering and participating, holding space and being held.
