Membership Updates: Membership Dues are payable beginning July 1 and must be paid by October 15 to retain membership. The renewal process is dependent upon your profile containing correct information regarding your Salary & Housing and Ministry Setting. Please make sure your profile is up to date before renewing. Today, June 30, is your last day to renew if you wish to pay during the 2022-23 fiscal year. We will be preparing a paper mailing later in the summer/early fall – if you would like to help us save paper and postage please renew via the website before August 15! This message was originally posted by Janette during Ministry Days after we celebrated Janette’s 20th Anniversary of working at the UUMA. The UUMA and our staff are forever grateful for Janette’s presence and commitment to our association. If you would like to add your voice to the chorus of love surrounding Janette just reply to this email!

Being the first day of the UUMA’s Ministry Days, I worked hard AND was loved up! Feeling so deeply grateful to work for such a loving and supportive group of people. What a delight and surprise to be honored at the opening Milestones Worship … 20 years!!! Really incredible to think about all the twists and turns in this “day job”.

Thank you UUMA for all the ways you have helped to shape the person I am (and continue to become)! So so many people to name (many of blessed memory) it would be impossible to fit in a post. For this post, love to the UUMA Board of Trustees (all 20 iterations) and my dear staff colleagues, Melissa Carvill Ziemer, Darrick Jackson, Hannah Franco-Isaacs, Michelle Favreault, Allison King, and Jan Moore Taddeo.
Also grateful to have seen so many beloved former staff and interns…. what a beautiful tribe!!

Janette’s beautifully displayed book which includes memories, messages of gratitude and more from a wide variety of members. The staff and board also presented Janette with flowers from a local (and UU) florist!

Ministry Days Recordings: Recordings from Ministry Days are available only to those who registered for the event through September 1. If you were unable to attend Ministry Days and would like to purchase a $100 summer access pass you can do so here. The recordings will be archived and available to all members in September. When purchasing a pass please allow 1-2 business days for access. Thank you for your patience.

Czech Unitarian Centennial Fundraiser: The UUMA is supporting the Czech Unitarian Centennial Fundraiser and you can purchase posters (included below) through our site. You can learn more and purchase a poster here.

Berry Street Scribe Applications Open: During this year’s Conference at Berry Street, the current scribe, Kate Walker, announced that she was completing her term and that the Berry Street Conference Executive Team would be receiving applications for the next scribe. If you are interested please review the BSE Charter, Scribe Job Description, and complete the application by September 15, 2023.
