Email support@uuma.org). If you did not register and would like to visit the lobby and watch the recordings you can purchase summer access here. Not sure how to find the recordings? Here is a video help clip!
- Summer Schedule: The UUMA staff has been working full steam the last few months! As we enter July and August, this news will be published bi-weekly so that our staff can take some well deserved time off. This may also mean a slight delay in our email response – we thank you in advance for your patience and grace!
- Membership Renewal: A reminder that all memberships expire on June 30. Please keep an eye on your email next week for a membership invoice. If you selected auto renew please expect to see a charge to the card on file on Monday.

Something Extra
- The New to Transitional Ministry Course (NTTM) class, which begins in mid-August 2024 and continues through mid-May 2025, provides an innovative learning model for transitional ministries of all types, based on the educational programs of the interfaith Interim Ministry Network. In a design that incorporates theory and practice, learning and application, UU values and commitments, the course builds collegial connections through small group exploration and provides a rich array of resources for your transitions ministry. Please contact the UUA Transitions Office with any questions. Click here to register.
- Minister Book Exchange: Do you have plans to clean your office this summer? Looking to downsize your library? The Minister Book Exchange, a ministry created by UUMA Member Rev. Nato Hollister, has created a program wherein ministers can donate their books (as a qualifying charitable donation). They then supply them at below-market cost to up-and-coming divinity school students. This ministry seeks to build collegiality and to better share our resources among us. All proceeds go to ongoing social justice work. Send UUr books today! ministerbookexchange.org
- From the Office of Church Staff Finances: While legal challenges continue, it appears that the new exempt salary threshold is going into effect on July 1, as scheduled. (With another rise on January 1.) We’ve added an Exempt-Nonexempt Flow Chart to our resources. Meanwhile, the best introductory resource is our Classifying Your Workers slide set. These and more can be found on our Worker Classification page. Links to each of these below.
