Ministry Days Childcare

Once again we will be sharing Child Care with the UUA General Assembly. We are pleased to welcome the families of all UUMA Members, UUA Staff, UUA Board and members of all UU Professional Associations at the UUMA Child Care. To be able to plan appropriately, families needing care must be registered, using the below form, by June 1, 2025. Due to child-adult ratios, no onsite registration will be possible.

Childcare will take place at the Baltimore Hilton, Inner Harbor, (Google map). Care will be provided at the following times:

  • Monday, June 16: 8:30am – 5pm (based on need)
  • Monday, June 16: 6-10pm
  • Tuesday, June 17: 8:30am – 1:30pm
  • Tuesday, June 17: 3-7pm
  • Tuesday, June 17: 8-10pm
  • Wednesday, June 18: 8am – 5pm

A few reminders from our Pittsburgh Event Childcare:

  • Parents must show ID when dropping off and picking up children.  If a different person will be picking up your child, you must arrange this with Pittsburgh Event Childcare, or your child will not be released to the second parent or designated adult.
  • Parents should feed children before delivering them to the Children’s Programs. Lunch will be provided to registered children on Tuesday and Wednesday. (Menus posted closer to event)
  • Please label your child’s belongings.  A lost and found will be maintained, however, Pittsburgh Event Childcare does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any toy, book, or other personal items.
  • For parents with infants, please bring diaper changing supplies, formula/baby food, and a change of clothes.
  • To ensure a safe and fun-filled environment, any child who is ill will not be admitted to childcare.  Pittsburgh Event Childcare reserves the right to limit participation of any child whose presence or behavior may disrupt the program or endanger the health or safety of others.
