2024 Scale of Fees Survey

The UUMA invites all members serving in ministry in 2024 (including those in formation, in active ministry and retired) who performed a ministerial service for a fee) to complete the following survey about the UUMA Scale of Professional Fees. The results of this survey will be used to make recommendations about the scale and to assist in determining appropriate fees for professional services.
  
The survey questions address professional services provided for a fee by parish and community ministers. It is generally understood that such services are offered without charge to members of the congregation a minister is currently serving and are not the subject of this survey.

Questions address the number of times a professional service has been offered for a fee in the calendar year 2024, how fees were set, and the adequacy of the fees. Since the current scale was last updated in 2019, questions also address a proposed method for year-to-year adjustment of fees.
  
Please complete the survey as accurately as possible. An estimate is acceptable if you do not have access to the precise number of times you offered a service for a fee. Your responses will determine which follow-up questions you receive in the survey. You may notice questions “disappearing.”  That is by design so that you do not receive questions that do not apply to you. You may also receive pages with a heading but no questions.  Again, that is correct and is a quirk of this system.
