In addition to hospitality, one of the key aspects of the UUMA’s mission is collegiality. While we will be following the lead of the UUA’s General Assembly and holding our 2024 Ministry Days programming virtually, we recognize that virtual programming is enhanced when members have opportunities to gather in small groups.

Dear colleagues, ’tis the season of so much. May you know deep in your heart that the community of UUMA members is able to hold your settled, emerging, affirmed, and tired ministries in care.
This is why I am a member of the UUMA. In those moments of struggle, I know that I have colleagues surrounding me. People with whom I can share my burdens and help bring me back to my call. Ministry can be challenging. We need one another to sustain this work.
