We are writing today to announce that the agenda and supporting materials for the UUMA’s 2024 Annual Meeting to be held virtually June 4 and June 6 have been posted to the UUMA Website. Because of our commitment to electronic communications, this packet will be available online and mailed to those individuals who do not have email access or have requested paper copies. This year, in addition to reports and collegial conversations, we will be presenting a bylaw change – please see page 7 of the packet for details. Take special note that the deadline to submit items for discussion or amendments is Monday, May 13, 2024. Read below for opportunities to be in discussion on items on the agenda before the meeting.

UUMA Board Dialogue Sessions: You are invited to attend one of two dialogue sessions to discuss the proposed Bylaw amendment or any other item on the Annual Meeting Agenda. This is also a good place to ask process questions. Please remember amendments are due May 13. If you wish to submit anything to the agenda, including an amendment you are encouraged to attend the May 9 session. Click on the date to register and receive a link:
Annual Meeting Tellers: Are you looking for an easy, low-commitment way to give back to your professional association? The UUMA Board is looking for folks interested in serving as Backup Election Tellers for our annual meeting. Read the description and time commitment here.
