Annual Meeting – Voting Is Open
Thank you to all who attended today’s Annual Meeting. The meeting has now been suspended to give members a chance to vote. Read below for access to the recording (if you missed the call or if you want a chance to review any portion) and directions on how to vote.

How to Vote: Voting is open and will close Wednesday, June 5, 2023 @ 11:00 PM EDT
- When you log in to uuma.org navigate to the Member Center. There in the middle of the screen there will be a box that says: “The 2024 Annual Meeting Ballot is Now Active. Click For More!” – CLICK THIS BOX
- Please use the tabs at the top of the next screen to review the Bylaw Revision questions and the Nomination Slate. There are two votes to cast in this year’s election.
- When you are prepared to vote complete the two questions located under the Ballot tab. For additional details please see the Annual Meeting Packet.
- WARNING: The system asks you to confirm the accuracy of your vote. Your vote has only been recorded if you see the acknowledgement screen (and receive an email).
- If you encounter problems please reach out to an election teller via 617-848-0498 Ext 703. You may also leave your vote with the election teller on-call or on the secure teller voice mail.
