The Unitarian Universalist Ministers Association (UUMA) seeks a collaborative, collegial-centered minister to serve as Director of Ministries & Programs. This full-time executive role provides strategic, spiritual, and programmatic leadership for UUMA’s ministries, supporting ministers across all stages and settings. Working in a shared-leadership model, the Director advances lifelong learning, collegiality, ministerial formation, accountability, and anti-racist, anti-oppressive commitments across the organization.
