UUMA – MFN members in greater Boston are invited to join the UUMA Board of Trustees Reception for Boston Area Students at UUA Headquarters at 24 Farnsworth St. Boston, MA 02210 from 12-2pm ET on Thursday, September 14th. Formation Conversation: The Promise of the Parish
There’s a lot of talk about the future of parish ministry and the future is now! Rev. Dr. Matthew Johnson will share the numbers and the good news in conversation with colleagues who want to explore the demographic shifts, realities and potentialities of congregational leadership from happy and healthy parish leaders. Vocational Advising – LINK to request to share your preferences Vocational Advisors meet 1:1 with candidates/aspirants to reflect on issues in discernment and formation. Colleagues covenant to meet monthly for 8-10 months.
Discernment Groups – LINK to choose from one of the following (descriptions and dates/times are on the form)
Groups meet monthly for 60-90 minutes to share personal and professional concerns about values, ethics, UU community and vocational plans. Colleagues covenant to attend meetings regularly and make group participation a commitment.

UU Wellsprings – Sources for Seminarians Program Information FULL DESCRIPTION WITH DATES
Sources begins with a 2.5 hour online retreat (which is scheduled as the first session+ 30 minutes) and is a required part of the program. Pre-work is provided before the first session that includes readings, short videos and reflections.
