Institute Welcome Message
On Sunday, January 25 all those registered for the UUMA Institute for the Learning Ministry should have received the below welcome message. We are posting it here as well for ease of access as you travel or navigate the space. Please check out the below links often as we will update the pages with information as it becomes available.

Welcome to the Institute! We are excited to be with you soon. Due to all the last minute registration changes, we are providing all of you access to our onsite and virtual welcome messages. Click the one that is right for you.
If you end up switching from onsite to virtual, please remember that you will need to choose a new learning track because our tracks are not multiplatform. If you attend virtually you will be able to choose from all virtual learning tracks, and if you are on site you will be able to choose from all the onsite learning tracks, or attend a virtual track from your hotel room with your own computer.
Anyone is able to change learning tracks before Tuesday morning, if you’ve decided you need something different. The UUMA staff does not need to know about your track shifts. Our design allows this flexibility and we hope it alleviates any concerns so you can choose the learning track that most meets your needs. If your travel has been delayed or you decide you need to shift tracks midstream, the two tracks that require a special covenanted container and cannot accommodate this are “When Misconduct Happens” (on site) and “Rooted and Rising” (virtual). These require that you be present on Tuesday morning for the first session.
You all already have access to the virtual portal from wherever you are so if the way you are attending continues to shift, you have access no matter what. You should all have an email called “Open for Access to Ministry Days on Zoom Webinars & Events” (oops that should have been Institute – see, we make mistakes too) that came from noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us. Please remember the join link will stay the same for the whole event and is unique to you, so save that email.
